Schedule Availability:
Seasonal / Full Time
- The budgeted range starts at $52,000 $68,075. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining golf course properties, including the golf course and surrounding areas, maintenance equipment, golf cars, clubhouse grounds, and the sod farm/nursery.
- Schedule and assign routing of personnel and equipment to accomplish daily work.
- Train, direct and supervise Golf Maintenance Lead, Irrigation Tech and Greenstaff
- Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of special projects
- Communicate regularly with Director of Maintenance, Golf Course Superintendent and Golf Professional to discuss activities, plans, goals, and member/guest input.
Job Requirements
- 2 or 4 year degree in turfgrass management or related field.
- Valid Driver's License
- Four years' experience on a golf maintenance team. Experience working with golf irrigation system.
- Golf maintenance supervisory experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
