Are you passionate about patient care and eager to make a difference in dermatology? We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As a vital member of our practice, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with patient care, surgeries, and ensuring smooth operations within our dermatology clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care Assistance: Provide compassionate and professional care to patients, assisting with examinations, treatments, and procedures under the supervision of dermatologists.

Surgical Support: Assist in preparing patients for dermatologic surgeries, including setting up surgical trays, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a sterile environment.

Patient Information Management: Accurately enter and maintain patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and coordinating patient referrals.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and certification preferred.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient care.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling patient records and assisting with procedures.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
