- Collect market information, including but not limited to, market data, industry trends, product standard and competitor's analysis.
- Negotiate agreements with new and existing customers.
- Be able to travel locally to meet new customers or assist existing customers.
- Recent graduate - Bachelor's degree.
- Previous solid internship experience in sales or business development.
- Previous internship or work experience in the industrial, manufacturing, engineering or construction industry, is required.
- Social team player, skilled in written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Flexible to travel with 25% of time and can adjust per company's business development goals.
- Must reside in Southern California.

Currently seeking to hire a Sales Trainee/New Graduate to cover the entire territory mentioned above, where the client is already well established. The sales approach is solutions oriented, selling custom-engineered systems to General Contractors, Building Owners, Architects and Engineering. It will be required to make direct contact with potential customers, introduce the company and sell its products and systems.
