- Provide customer service and sales support for incoming calls
- Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day
- Welcome applicants
- Help applicants finish hiring process and documents
- Sign off on required documentation
- Process weekly payroll reports
- Recruit applicants from platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Facebook
- Help keep the flow of the office
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be bilingual
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Proficient data entry & typing skills
- Able to problem solve and multitask
- Prior office and customer service experience required
- Ability to type 40 wpm or more required
- Able to handle fast, high-stress, rapidly changing situations

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Watertown, WI
Employment Term: Long Term
Employment Type: Full-Time
Starting Date - ASAP
Work Hours (Shift): 1st Shift (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)
Starting Pay: $17-$20 per hour DOE
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience: 1 year of office preferred but will train the right person. Must be able to type 40 wpm.
