- Minimum of one (1) year related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in the English language required. Possess ability to follow written and oral instructions required.
- Self motivated and possess ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse customer and coworker population required.
- Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred.
- Possess knowledge of the proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- CPR may be required per assigned area(s).
- To be eligible for driver portion: Current Drivers License required. Must possess a good driving record clear of moving violations in the past five (5) years and n major driving offenses (DUI), etc.
- Prioritizes job functions to maintain proper workflow.
- Identifies the need and performs duties without specific direction.
- Exhibits working knowledge and correct usage of equipment and devices per assigned area(s). Maintains equipment and resources appropriately and safely.
- Exhibits working knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Follows confidentiality and safeguards for all patient and/or customer related information.
- Responds to pages in a timely manner as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Performs job duties efficiently and per department procedure, protocol and in accordance with State of Montana laws and regulations, for assigned area(s).
- Stocks assigned carts for appropriate departments in a timely manner as applicable to assigned area(s).
