    Description

    We are seeking an Operations Controller to oversee our company's grain accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the operations leadership team, assisting with month-end tasks, payroll, inventory control, overseeing administrative staff, and any other tasks as needed for the success of the business.

    Responsibilities:

    •Oversee the company's grain accounting operations

    •Provide support to the operations leadership team

    •Assist with month-end tasks, payroll, and inventory control

    •Oversee administrative staff and ensure smooth operations

    •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    •Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

    •Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

    •Perform any other tasks as needed for the success of the business

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    Salary Description

    $55,000+/yr depending on experience
