Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and monitoring of patients in a healthcare setting
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Manage conflicts and behavioral issues that may arise
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Lift and transfer patients as required
Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients of all ages
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to respond in emergency situations
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans provided by healthcare professionals
- Proficient in taking vital signs and documenting patient observations
