• Develop and implement effective instructional strategies and lesson plans for English as a Second Language (ESL) learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
• Assess students' language proficiency levels and develop individualized learning goals.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance students' language skills.
• Incorporate technology and learning tools to support language acquisition.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and their families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials.
• Stay uptodate with current trends and best practices in ESL education.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with students, particularly in adult education or language instruction.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Experience in curriculum development is a plus.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals.
