- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user needs and requirements for the development of software solutions that support Patient Access workflows.
- Manage and prioritize feature development from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
- Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, acting as the voice of the customer and providing guidance to the development team.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality and usability of the developed solutions.
- Provide training and support to end users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of our Patient Access systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to optimize system performance and resolve any issues or challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Patient Access to drive continuous improvement of our products.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Patient Access workflows and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $149,000 and is a hybrid role in our San Diego office.
CliniComp's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
