Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Manager to join our team.

As an in-office Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the service department's operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the service department staff, including training and scheduling
Oversee maintenance and repair on residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality workmanship from all employees
Provide oversight on material buyouts, cost management, invoice preparation, and estimates

Qualifications:

710 years of handson electrical experience, including commercial and residential experience
Strong knowledge of current NEC and local city codes
Pass a background check and clean driving record
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and technicians
