Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team.

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

This position requires strong conflict management skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

Proven experience in security or related field is preferred
Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus
Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
Must have or be able to get Arizona unarmed guard license
