- Work alongside Project Manager to handle daily tasks, including subcontractor management, project scheduling, ordering materials & managing billing and invoices.
- Travel locally to job sites for project meetings.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle, and utilize project management software to track project deadlines.
- Support estimating team by using construction estimating software.
- 2+ years of experience Managing commercial site and roadwork projects.
- Experience with Agtek and HCSS, and proficiency with Sure Track or P3 preferred.
- Excellent time management skills, and experience working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Communication skills.
