We are looking for reinforcements for our Customer Service (m/f/d)
(in full-time)


Your main tasks:

- telephone, personal and written contact with our customers
- consultation on products, prices and billing
- maintenance of master data, cash reconciliation and dunning
- booking of deposits and withdrawals


Your profile:

- successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- independent and customer-oriented way of working
- experience in customer service
