Responsibilities as a Recruiter (m/w/d):


  • As a member of the central recruiting team, you ensure efficient candidate management
  • You work with departments to define the requirements for each job offer and implement targeted recruiting strategies
  • You independently manage the entire recruiting process, from creating meaningful job postings to selecting suitable channels and preparing hiring decisions
  • You screen applications according to predefined criteria and conduct telephone interviews for preselection of candidates
  • Through successful active sourcing, you also convince passive candidates
  • You also work on projects in the field of personnel marketing, such as managing our social media channels or preparing for and following up on trade fair participation, to continuously optimize and develop our processes

Our expectations for the ideal candidate:

  • You are passionate about recruiting and enjoy exploring new and unconventional approaches
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a degree with a focus on personnel management or psychology
