What to expect as a trainee in insurance management (m/f/d)

In the trainee program for insurance management, you will receive an intensive training with a steep learning curve tailored to you over 24 months.
  • You will get to know our daily business, gain experience in agile projects, take on first leadership tasks, and help the senior and top management develop strategies.
  • Your personal mentor will help you plan your further career steps, give you feedback on your performance, and support you in your development.
