Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona.

Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online.

As a Hybrid employee, you will collaborate primarily virtually anywhere in the U.S. except California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded based on business factors.

Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations.

The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs.

Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration.

In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

Phoenix is the capital of the Grand Canyon State and enjoys mostly bright skies throughout the year.

It is the perfect place if you enjoy the outdoors, love sports, concerts and other big city amenities or technology.

Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Talent Acquisition with a keen focus on leveraging technology systems and data analytics to optimize our recruitment processes.

Responsible for managing the strategic Talent Acquisition efforts across North America.

Develops and utilizes Talent Acquisition analytics and KPI metrics to "Pursue Value" in making daily decisions, communicating, and providing consistency in Talent Acquisition activities across the organization.

Leads by collaborating, demonstrating adaptability in change to meet business needs across the organization. Creates an "Aim High" and empowering culture within the Talent Acquisition department to meet customer needs.

  • Manages and utilizes data analytics and KPI metrics to make strategic decisions, monitor department progress and communicate to business leaders and hiring managers to provide updates and transparency. Evaluate current Talent Acquisition procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness to support business needs
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Develop and implement datadriven recruitment strategies to identify talent pools, forecast hiring needs, and measure recruitment effectiveness. Utilize advanced analytics to assess recruitment metrics, such as timetofill, costperhire, and qualityofhire, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement strategies to attract a diverse talent pool to meet company I & D goals. Utilize partnerships with targeted professional diversity organizations, focused efforts on military, trade schools and campus recruiting. Collaborate with HRMS and other divisions of Human Resources to ensure our technology and processes will allow us to attract and hire qualified, diverse talent into the organization
  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Supervisors and Talent Acquisition Specialists with varying levels of experience and competencies. Foster a high performance, supportive and critical thinking team culture, to better drive the performance, development, and achievement of department goals.

  • Seek out and manage the implementation and utilization of Talent Acquisition tools to support all Talent Acquisition activities
  • Successfully manage Talent Acquisition projects and prioritize deliverables against multiple deadlines
  • Review ATS technology tools and usage to make recommendations for improvements based on business needs
  • Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or HRrelated discipline and eight (8) years' experience in Talent Acquisition or related field including some management experience OR
  • Associates degree and ten (10) years' experience in Talent Acquisition or related field including some management experience OR
  • High School diploma or GED and twelve (12) years' experience in Talent Acquisition or related field including some management experience
  • Expert knowledge of leading recruiting and sourcing practices, applicant evaluation, vendor management, communications, and affirmative action
  • Business acumen (financial, labor market economics and information technology)
  • Skilled in senior management level clear persuasive communication in written and verbal form
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining influential relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Skilled in effective consulting, thinking conceptually and strategically
  • Skilled at collaborating within and outside of department
  • Skilled in effective leadership, people
