- Serve as point of contact for customer lab staff, facilitating and coordinating laboratory needs and activities.
- Work closely with other teams to deliver lab support services seamlessly.
- Coordinate the working lab environment daily, overseeing stock items such as glassware, lab coats, PPE, and consumables.
- Support waste removal from labs and liaise with third-party vendors for maintenance visits.
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders to address issues and ensure quality within the laboratory.
- Collaborate with customer line safety reps to maintain a high level of safety in the lab.
- Communicate effectively with lab users on service work requests and provide necessary updates.
- Conduct general induction for new customer staff and visitors.
- Coordinate 5S lean service and provide back-up in other lab support areas.
