Responsibilities

• Lead a team across our 12 wellequipped Operating Rooms.
• Work collaboratively with leadership, bringing fresh perspectives.
• Accountability roundtheclock for acute setting management.
• Drive the planning, coordination and evaluation of nursing operations for the Operating Room.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN), Masters preferred.
• Proven leadership in a dynamic acute setting.
• Rapid response and decision making abilities.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Scrub/Circulating RN expertise, 3 years of experience a plus.

Pay:
From $120,000.00 per year
