We are looking for people who, with their craftsmanship and joy in working with others, ensure that our home for senior citizens runs smoothly.

Join us as a building technician (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible, working 39 hours per week, in Gummersbach-Dieringhausen.

At the heart of the AWO Senior Center Dieringhausen is the individual with their unique physical, mental, and social needs and abilities.

Our well-trained staff provide care in a friendly and family-like atmosphere. Whether it's being active together or simply chatting, both are possible at the AWO Senior Center Dieringhausen.


What you bring:

  • Completed apprenticeship in a recognized trade as a journeyman or skilled worker (m/f/d), preferably in the field of electrical engineering
  • Relevant professional experience in electrical engineering and corresponding qualifications
  • IT skills for setting up, operating, and maintaining technical systems and equipment
  • Professional demeanor when dealing with customers, service providers, and business partners
  • Ability to think ahead and work proactively, taking into account business and economic conditions
  • Valid driver's license for cars (Class B)
