We are constantly growing and therefore looking for you as a trainee (m/f/d) in hospital management for the AMEOS Group.

• You have completed a degree in business administration (master's degree), ideally with a focus on health economics/hospital management, or have a bachelor's degree with completed vocational training
• You are interested in the healthcare industry and are motivated to take on long-term responsibility
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, goal- and results-oriented way of working
• You are characterized by strong communication and teamwork skills

• In the first year, you will be assigned to one of our regional centers, in the second year you will work in an AMEOS facility
• You will be actively involved in projects and support executives in operational and strategic business
• You will learn the methods and tools for managing a hospital and work interdisciplinary on strategic and operational core processes
• You will create presentations and decision templates to bring about project-related measures and present the results to various committees
• You will drive important topics forward and be responsible for projects in various areas
• We support you on your individual career path and gradually give you more responsibility in our 24-month trainee program
