We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Site Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Murray, KY.

Your responsibilities:

Managing the site in collaboration with the operations and department management
Responsible for the animal husbandry and crop cultivation branches
Central coordination, monitoring, and optimization of processes
Leadership and continuous development of employees and the team
Documentation and data management specific to the operation

Your qualifications:

Agricultural education or completed degree in a related field
Professional experience in crop cultivation or pig production
High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility
Structured work style, confident leadership, and solutionoriented approach
Entrepreneurial mindset aligning tasks with longterm company goals and prioritizing accordingly
