  • Using the skills above would allow new staff to research and resolve account issues.

Duties Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all documentation is received by the applicable deadline, is complete, includes signatures and meets program requirements.
  • Use databases as needed to validate the student meets the program eligibility criteria and Process documentation.
  • Save documents in appropriate shared folders and database. Update individual student records for grant and scholarship programs based on supplemental documentation received.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases to catalog documentation and status
  • Make eligibility determinations based on established criteria for each grant and scholarship program and update the appropriate database with the student's status.
  • Use database to look up student account records and status as requested.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The hours of this position require working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
