Description

• Manage daily routines including school pick-ups and homework assistance
• Take kids to their after school activities and wait for them to be done to bring them home
• Ensure the children's safety and wellbeing at all times
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the children's living spaces

• Assist with calendar management, schedule meetings and appointments, handle mail
• Coordinate dog care, appointments, transportation
• Schedule maintenance of automobiles/take to maintenance
• Assist with tracking orders and anticipate/confirm deliveries
• Efficiently handle online shopping and process returns/manage refunds
• Travel Planning
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the family

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
