To strengthen our team in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Marketing & Education Assistant (m/f/d).

Become part of our success story Your responsibilities:

Planning and organizing national and international events such as workshops, (online) trade fairs, and webinars, including hotel and travel arrangements for participants Reception and support of our internal workshop academy, including welcoming visitors (e.g.

dealers or workshop participants)

Preparing and following up on workshops and monitoring internal processes General office organization in the marketing & education department:

issuing certificates, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone inquiries Cross-departmental project work and support for the joimax assistant team Your profile: Successfully completed commercial training, e.g.

as an event manager (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), office manager (m/f/d), or equivalent qualifications Enjoyment of administrative tasks, office organization, and visitor support, ideally with previous experience in event organization Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of "InDesign" would be an advantage Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken Our offer:
