ISIJP PRODUCT INFORMATION/LABELS SPECIALIST 3

Location: 1050 Kifer Rd Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid schedule)

Required skills:


  • Experience and expertise in Product labeling for medical devices
  • Provide input and guidance for new operating procedures and work instructions governing Intuitive' s product labeling activities
  • Improve Initiative's labelling procedures by drafting documents, defining workflows, and aligning with stakeholders across multiple groups within the company.
  • Contribute to Intuitive' s product labeling projects, including label verification.
  • Extensive knowledge of labelling of globallydistributed medical devices.
  • Experience with industry standard labelling business systems.
  • High level of expertise with design control.
  • Day to day will be quality improvement activities like documentation, creation, negotiation, socialization, align with large group of people
  • Some onsite presence is highly desirable
  • Top Skillsto help define efficient process compliant for labeling, governance activity, modifying as per industry standards, experience with managing tools with complex labeling
  • 3 rounds of interviews, screening with HM and other 2 with 34 team members via zoom video conference
  • Requires 8+ years of experience within the medical device labelling field.
  • Experience with labeling tools like loft ware will be plus

$ $60.24 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
