- Assisting in the oversight of day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials related to HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinating with Project Managers and field personnel to determine the right material requirements for ongoing projects.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular physical inventory checks to ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Coordinating with purchasing department to create purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout, ensuring materials are stored efficiently and safely.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Any additional responsibilities that are designated by the manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Our team designs projects to be built for market sectors which include healthcare, commercial, industrial, and institutional.
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Warehouse team located out of our office in Nashville, TN. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has 1+ years of experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role. They will be someone who is personable, high energy, and brings a strong sense of leadership and commitment to our team. This individual should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities while also having effective communication skills and the ability to be a collaborative team player.
