- Provide clients with advice on a wide range of corporate, partnership, and real estate tax services
- Collaborate in a team focusing on due diligence, tax structuring services, and communicating findings to clients
- Assist clients with current issues such as bankruptcy planning, tax basis, and more
- Coordinate with a target company's finance/accounting departments and tax advisors for tax risk analysis
- Develop, motivate, and train staff-level team members
- Minimum three years of experience in federal tax and/or mergers and acquisitions
- Bachelor's degree in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST)
- Knowledge of corporate tax matters across various industries
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams
- Strong research and writing skills
