Job Summary:
I am seeking to hire an organized and detail-oriented individual as a Personal Assistant.

This position will provide a range of administrative functions to support the owners of a highly successful pet care business.


Duties:


  • Weekly mail processing and response to outside requests for company data
  • Data entry into Quickbooks and assist in generating monthend reports with bookkeeper.
  • Maintain employee HR files and manage biweekly timecard processing with ADP
  • Process mail and manage payments of bills and invoices

Qualifications:

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritize handle tasks in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 5 per week


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Choose your own hours
  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Indio, CA required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Indio, CA 92201: Relocate before starting work (required)
