Totech Europe B.V. is the specialist for the development and production of intelligent, dry storage solutions for moisture-sensitive electronic components.
Totech is a growing company and is part of the German ASYS Group with over employees worldwide. Our team currently consists of over 40 dedicated employees who work together on the development, assembly and global distribution of drying systems for the electronics industry. The growth that the company is currently experiencing requires further expansion of the team in Hattem, which is why Totech is looking for a technology enthusiast.
We are looking for a full-time Service Coordinator (m/f/d) for our projects in Aachen (NRW):
Service Coordinator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing the service
- Preparation of service offers
- Analysis, management, coordination and approval of service requests
- Availability for the service hotline
- Initiation of structural solutions for frequently occurring errors
- If necessary, troubleshooting on site (international)
- Concludes new service contracts in cooperation with sales
- Organization and implementation of training for service personnel and dealers
