Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures is a bonus
  • Familiarity with hospitality or hotel management concepts is desirable
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a positive impression and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Please note that this position may require working evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on the needs of the hotel.

From $14.00 per hour
