As the Healthy Vending Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our company's success by overseeing the filling of vending machines, managing inventory, making strategic decisions on product selection, and ensuring compliance with healthy food guidelines, especially those relevant to schools.
You will be responsible for communicating effectively with our locations, generating reports for owners to keep them informed, and handling cash collection.
This role offers room for creative freedom to contribute innovative ideas that will help drive company growth.Responsibilities:
- Fill vending machines with a variety of nutritious and compliant products in accordance with healthy food guidelines, particularly in school settings.
- Manage inventory levels and make informed decisions on stocking vending machines with appealing and healthy options.
- Communicate regularly with locations to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate with healthy food guidelines from schools and other relevant sources.
- Prepare and deliver reports to owners to provide insights and updates on operational performance.
- Collect cash from vending machines and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize creative freedom to introduce new initiatives and strategies that support company growth.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for promoting healthy choices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership and clients.
- Strong commitment to learning and growth, focusing on creativity and innovation.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a van for transportation needs.
