Job summary
The FirstEnergy Supply Chain (SC) Operational Buyer collaborates with the operational buying manager, category specialists, and key internal stakeholders to ensure transactional activities are completed efficiently.The position is onsite out of our FirstEnergy Headquarters in Akron, OH.
This job requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related discipline and 0-2 years of related work experience;
a comprehensive understanding of the operational process of purchasing and making low-value purchases; good written and oral communication skills; detail oriented.
