•Independently review and negotiate non standard and custom contracts with suppliers of goods•Review and negotiate supplier provided terms software licensing agreements
•Support the review and negotiation of additional contractual documents used in FirstEnergy goods
•Assess legal business risks in contract language recommend acceptance or propose changes to mitigate risks
