  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of team members
  • Establishment of firstclass processes for price inquiries
  • Organization of various workflows and continuous optimization of internal processes
  • Preparation and execution of local Tender Review Boards
  • Conducting trainings in the area of pricing for sales
  • Preparation of profitability and revenue impact analyses for major customers or special solutions
  • Creation of decisionmaking presentations for the senior management team
  • Close collaboration with various departments (especially sales, controlling, accounting, tender management team)
  • Interface management with Regional Pricing and Key Account Pricing teams on all customer pricing topics
