- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a previous EHS position
- Relevant certifications (HAZWOPER, NFPA Fire Safety) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

Safety Programs and Procedures:
- Assist, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies specific to the semiconductor fab environment.
- Regularly review and update safety protocols to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective implementation of safety measures.
Environmental Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct risk assessments related to equipment, processes, and facilities.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate incidents and nearmisses to improve safety practices.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and oversee emergency response plans.
- Coordinate drills and training sessions for personnel.
- Ensure compliance with emergency procedures during critical situations.
Health and Environmental Compliance:
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Implement measures to minimize environmental impact.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed.
Training and Education:
- Provide safety training to employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Foster a safetyconscious culture within the fab.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and workshops.
Incident Investigation and Reporting:
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and nearmisses.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safetyrelated incidents.
Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly assess safety performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in safety audits and inspections
