Your Job

The Salesforce Solution Architect plays a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business and customer needs and expectations.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating, and testing prototypes, and overseeing the deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions.

You will also provide guidance and best practices to other developers and stakeholders and ensure that the solutions are aligned with the company's standards and objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and understand business requirements and processes and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using various tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
  • Create and test prototypes and proofofconcepts and demonstrate them to clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions, and ensure that they are functional, secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to other developers and stakeholders and share best practices and standards.
  • Document and communicate the design and architecture of the solutions and provide training and support as needed.
  • Enforce Salesforce Standards, Patterns and Best Practices
  • Provide recommendations to improve functional, technical, and architectural designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Salesforce and related technologies and evaluate and recommend new solutions and features.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or 5 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, integrations, workflows, and Metadata Deployment Tools.
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex and customized solutions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Jira, and Git.
  • Ability to travel 1020%

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Sales and Service experience.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Salesforce experience and commerce cloud experience.
  • Certification as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, and a Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP preferably SAP.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms preferably MuleSoft.
  • Experience with modern Authentication and Authorization protocols (PingID, AWS Cognito)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders of different levels and backgrounds.
  • Strong problemsolving, analytical, and creative skills, and the ability to deliver highquality solutions within tight deadlines.
