Position Description:
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Manages and dispatches schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
- Answer emergency and nonemergency phone lines for client requests such as deliveries and pickups, service calls and repairs, emergencies, etc.
- Utilize computer systems to ensure the effective receipt, accurate documentation and dispatch of all calls for all service types
- Resolves customer issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high level of communication with clients regarding service status.
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
- Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logístical needs.
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, dispatched workloads, weekend calls logged with associated followup items and tasks, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
- Maintain high level of communication with supervisors and corporate office.
Position Details:
- Working Days: Thursday to Monday, "Weekend" Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
- Fully remote work on Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
- Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving ability to develop creative solutions
- Product and inventory management certification a plus +++
- Salesforce experience a plus +++
- Bilingual, English and Spanish a plus +++
Pay:
$40, $70,000.00 per year
