Position Description:


  • Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
  • Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Manages and dispatches schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
  • Answer emergency and nonemergency phone lines for client requests such as deliveries and pickups, service calls and repairs, emergencies, etc.
  • Utilize computer systems to ensure the effective receipt, accurate documentation and dispatch of all calls for all service types
  • Resolves customer issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain high level of communication with clients regarding service status.
  • Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
  • Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logístical needs.
  • Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, dispatched workloads, weekend calls logged with associated followup items and tasks, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
  • Maintain high level of communication with supervisors and corporate office.

Position Details:


  • Working Days: Thursday to Monday, "Weekend" Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Fully remote work on Saturday and Sunday

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
  • Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving ability to develop creative solutions
  • Product and inventory management certification a plus +++
  • Salesforce experience a plus +++
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish a plus +++

Pay:
$40, $70,000.00 per year
