- Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
- Administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and benefits vendors to negotiate contracts, ensure competitive pricing, and maintain high-quality benefits offerings.
- Lead the annual open enrollment process, providing communication, education, and enrollment support for employees.
- Stay informed about changes in benefit regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze benefits data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and other external partners.
- Provide guidance and support to the Benefits Coordinator and other members of the HR function on benefit-related matters.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on benefits programs and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs, making recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in Workday is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive ability to influence and persuade.

- Work is primarily in an office setting with some flexibility to work remote occasionally.
