    As our Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and administering all employee benefits programs. You will lead the way in crafting a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a strong background in benefits administration, including health insurance, life insurance, and other fringe benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
    • Administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance.
    • Collaborate with insurance providers and benefits vendors to negotiate contracts, ensure competitive pricing, and maintain high-quality benefits offerings.
    • Lead the annual open enrollment process, providing communication, education, and enrollment support for employees.
    • Stay informed about changes in benefit regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Analyze benefits data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Manage relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and other external partners.
    • Provide guidance and support to the Benefits Coordinator and other members of the HR function on benefit-related matters.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on benefits programs and policies.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs, making recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in Workday is strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels.
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Comprehensive ability to influence and persuade.
    Location:
    • Position is based in Scottsdale, AZ
    • Work is primarily in an office setting with some flexibility to work remote occasionally.

The pools of these days off may vary based on states. Paid time off is prorated based on date of hire for all new team members.

As a full-time team member of the Global Support Center, you'll enjoy eleven (11) company chosen holidays. Additionally, team members are granted an additional two (2) floating holidays to use as they wish (subject to supervisor's approval).
    • Lucky Cat Meal Card: We hope you are hungry All Global Support Center team members are eligible for a Lucky Cat Card that is preloaded with a set dollar amount for each calendar year, and which can be used at any P.F. Chang's location.
    • Retirement Savings: We believe in investing in our team members' future financial well-being. Eligibility to begin participating in the 401(k) retirement savings plan begins the 1st of the month following date of hire. Additionally, we offer a company matching contribution after 1 year of service, providing an opportunity to accelerate your savings and build towards a secure retirement.
