HR Onboarding Specialist

Our team of highly skilled wound care specialists deliver hospital level treatment and attention in skilled nursing facilities, dramatically cutting down on avoidable healing setbacks

Our leadership has over 25 years of experience in the skilled nursing space, and we've applied our extensive industry knowledge to our proprietary EMR system, in-facility treatment protocols, and insurance-compliant documentation.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Organize new hire documents and paperwork and ensure all requirements are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance on company policies and benefits.
- Ensure the onboarding process is handled in a professional manner to expedite the settling in period.
- Ensures that requisite licenses, credentials, and certifications are current for all medical staff members and allied health professionals.
- Support all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, benefits, HR admin, training and development, onboarding, and maintaining HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous administrative experience in HR setting.
- Proven ability to excel in individual and collaborative setting.
- Preferred Healthcare background
- 2 + years experience in an office/corporate environment
- HS Diploma
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting required for extended periods of time
- Requires visual and hearing acuity
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- This is an onsite role
