    As a Traveling Commercial Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of commercial construction projects across various locations.

    You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Traveling Commercial Superintendent to join our team.
    Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and overseeing work progress.
    Enforce strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards to ensure successful project completion.
    Monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays to mitigate risks.

    Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.

    Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to address project requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale projects.

    Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on commercial construction.
    Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various project locations as required.
    OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are preferred.
