Job duties and responsibilities explained:
- _Green End_
- Grading the core peeled plywood for the dryers, maintaining a constant running of the lathe.
- _Pluggers_
- Fixing and patching our core to better the core grade for our plywood.
- _Composers_
- Taking the smaller pieces of core and splicing them together to make a solid core for our plywood.
- _Press_
- Plywood manufacturing that offers a higher pay.
- _Veneer Grading_
- Grading the actual hardwood veneer that goes as a finish on our plywood.
- _Sander/Putty Line _
- The final touches to finish our plywood before it is shipped direct to the customer.

$ $21.00 per hour
