Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. We manage Retail Operations for Gas Stations, Software Companies, Retail, and Investment Banking. Looking for a Finance Manager with experience in asset management, auditing and growth, marketing strategies, and overall portfolio management. You will be joining a team of distinguished managers with more than three decades of operational experience.


Duties to our clients:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls for your clients
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Interpret financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Forecast future financial performance based on historical data and market trends
• Manage the budgeting process and monitor actual performance against budgeted targets
• Oversee cost management initiatives to optimize expenses and improve profitability
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of accounts receivable
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights for decisionmaking
• Prepare financial statements for external reporting purposes
• Write comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders

Skills:

• Indepth knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in risk analysis and developing risk mitigation strategies
• Experience in financial report interpretation and forecasting
• Solid understanding of cost management principles
• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and best practices
• Ability to analyze profit loss statements and identify areas for improvement
• Expertise in preparing accurate and comprehensive financial statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective financial report writing
• Demonstrated fiscal management abilities
