- Troubleshooting complicated mechanical systems and monitoring operations throughout the facility including mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance of process equipment throughout the plant.
- Troubleshoot minor plumbing, building repair and maintenance.
- Responsible for monitoring equipment performance. Recognizing deviation from "normal operation" and rectifying it.
- High school diploma or GED,plus five (5) years of experience as a skilled worker in one or more of the electrical or mechanical trades .
- Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble all types of equipment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have experience with electrical, electro-mechanical, or pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings preferred.
- Experience with troubleshooting preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-motivated individual.
- Ability to work well with others and be a team member.
- Must have safe work habits.
- Must show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work.

Main functions:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for keeping the equipment in good operating condition by performing preventive maintenance, machine tests/set up, troubleshoots, removing technical issues, and performing emergency repairs.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical machinery, steam, cleaning chemicals, and compressed airSchedule:
Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
Shift Times (t raining to take place 7am-3pm for approximatley 90 days) :
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
The expected compensation range for this position is: $24.00/hour with a minimum of 5 years of experience + $.50 overnight shift differential when worked.
