Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Independently handle personnel matters for all employee groups from both domestic and international backgrounds throughout the entire employee life cycle, including:

  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Processing salary and stipend payments using SAP R/3
  • Providing advice to employees on labor, tax, social security, and collective bargaining law
  • Contributing to the establishment, optimization, and implementation of our HR processes and projects
  • Assisting with recruiting measures

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office management clerk, industrial clerk)
