What You Will Do
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will consult with leaders on HR issues, proposing new strategies, and offering guidance.

This role will be involved in evaluating HR needs, trend analysis and collaborating with departments to craft effective solutions and policies.

The position includes managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring legal compliance by staying informed on relevant laws and regulations.

The HRBP will identify training requirements, assess program effectiveness, and hold regular meetings with leaders to ensure alignment with organization objectives.


This position is onsite 3 days a week

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates alignment of business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Consults with management on human resourcerelated issues, suggests new HR strategies, and provides HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Evaluates and anticipates HRrelated needs and communicates needs with the leaders.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver valueadded service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, addresses grievances, and conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees in order to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance, partners with the Legal Department when necessary.
  • Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Works with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, and monitors and reports on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individuals, participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, and follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee will regularly work at a computer workstation and access information from a computer.

The individual will regularly listen and speak in person, on the telephone or via video meetings. The individual will occasionally spend time on foot, walking around facilities. The individual will occasionally be required to lift, carry, or move equipment of varying weight. Certain tasks will occasionally require bending, stooping, or kneeling. The employee will occasionally move up to 50 pounds.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

_Education / Work Experience_

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a fouryear college or university in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of Human Resources experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SHRM-CP and/or PHR and PHR-CA certifications desired.

_Required Skills_

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate, communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to think big picture in order to assess and prevent possible negative outcomes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
