Introduction:

To expand our project team for properties of our client - one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers - we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH immediately as

Tasks:

Ensuring smooth operation of the technical building equipment (TGA) under your care, such as heating/air conditioning/ventilation/sanitary systems
Regular maintenance and repairs
Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operations in the facilities
Ensuring the proper technical condition of the TGA under your care

Your Profile:

Training as a central heating and ventilation builder/gas-water installer/SHK systems mechanic or equivalent qualification as a career changer
Ideally, solid professional experience in building maintenance/TGA or installation, but also open to entry-level candidates
Additional qualification as an electrically trained person is ideal
German language skills at level B2 and a class B driver's license
