- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

- Experience with mechanical design for manufacturing
- Experience interfacing with machinists and designing parts for ease of manufacturing

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MECHANICAL ENGINEER
As a Mechanical Engineer, you play a vital role in the mechanical design work for our radar components. You redesign OEM mechanical components in accordance with the SLEP (Service Life Extension Program). You produce new designs for Radar and SATCOM upgrade components.
To have designs fabricated, you interface with external mechanical houses as needed. You are meticulous about following our company's policies and industry best practices. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring exceptional mechanical designs for our radar components, so that we can continue to support those who protect national interests and preserve freedom around the world
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MECHANICAL ENGINEER

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position in the mechanical design of radar components typically works during our standard business hours with little to no travel.
