The bakery "Der Beck" is a successful family-owned company with over 150 branches in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg and in Regensburg. Today, we look back on over 125 years of tradition as a bakery and have been the number one regional market leader for years.

To strengthen our maintenance team in production in Erlangen-Tennenlohe, we are currently looking for:

Industrial Mechanic - Plant Engineering (m/f/d) full-time for the night shift (10:30 pm - 6:30 am)

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring a smooth production process
Expert analysis and elimination of process disruptions
Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the food industry
Conversion and implementation of machinery and equipment
Adjustment of machines and instruction of machine operators
Active participation in continuous improvement processes
Working in shifts and on-call duty

Your qualifications:

Completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, construction mechanic or equivalent qualification
Experience in the field of machinery and equipment technology (especially troubleshooting, repair and maintenance)
Good knowledge in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
