Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Finance Analyst to be an early key player in our U.S. market expansion. This role involves comprehensive analysis, strategic planning, and active community engagement to support our mission and growth strategies.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
• Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with the local community, promoting our business as a socially responsible entity.
• Collaborate across different cultures and time zones, ensuring effective communication and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of lowcarbon cement technologies.
• Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability.
• Experience in community outreach and engagement.

Travel Requirements:

• Approximately 30% travel within the USA, including some overnight stays.

Pay:
$110, $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
