Our client, a family-owned manufacturing company in the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim, is seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for direct placement as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Independent processing of monthly payroll for employees
Recording, checking and maintaining personnel data in the HR system
Point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries
Processing of certificates and reports to authorities and social security institutions
Management and monitoring of working time accounts, as well as vacation and sick leave administration
Participation in contract management

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in payroll and solid knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
Proficient in common payroll systems and MS Office applications
Structured and reliable work style with a strong affinity for numbers
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
